SDFS offers the training programme "Risk Management and Business Continuity" to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the principles, concepts, and practices of risk management and business continuity. Institutions are always exposed to many risks that threaten their continuity, even with a clear strategic plan that addresses all aspects, and therefore it is necessary to have a comprehensive study of all risks that occur in terms of "types, analysis, and evaluation - and how to confront them", and to develop a strategy to avoid exposure to the same risk again.

 The main components of business continuity planning, how to develop and implement a comprehensive business continuity plan that addresses all areas of the organization.
 Clarification of the ISO 31000:2018 risk management framework


By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

 Recognize the importance of risk management and the role of crisis management.
 Identify and analyze risks, their types, how to assess them and their current and future status.
 Clear understanding of business continuity management and business continuity management and crisis management programs and knowledge of the discrepancy between them.
 Provide basic resources to the organization (people, time, financial assets, income, property).
 Explore the wide range of threats and risks facing the organization and work to avoid them.
