SDFS designed this training program to help individuals and teams develop the essential skills and knowledge needed for effective strategic planning. Through interactive and experiential learning activities, participants will learn how to assess the current state of their organization, create a vision for the future, set strategic goals and objectives, and develop an actionable plan to achieve them, all while identifying and analyzing potential risks and how to remedy them. The program will include a variety of interactive and experiential learning techniques to engage participants and enhance their learning. By the end of the program participants will be equipped to lead their organizations towards long-term success.
The program will cover the following topics:
Introduction to Strategic Planning
Understand the current state of the organization
Develop the strategic vision, the mission statement and the values of the organization
Perform a SWOT analysis
Setting strategic goals and objectives
Develop an actionable plan
Identify and analyze risks and ensure business continuity
Evaluation and adjustment of the strategic plan
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
Understand the importance of strategic planning in organizational success
Develop a strategic vision and mission statement for their organization
Conduct a SWOT analysis to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of their organization
Identify strategic goals and objectives that align with the vision and mission of their organization
Develop an actionable plan to achieve their strategic goals and objectives
Evaluate the effectiveness of their strategic plan and make the necessary adjustments
